Right, so its been a long time since I graced these pages with my typos, so here goes!
A lot has changed in the month and more that I have been away. I got a job and got all my certificates too. Great success.
So first the Job. I have been working for just over a month at Visual IQ which is a good business intelligence platform. VIQ provides marketing analytics to its clients and is pretty good at what it does. So what am I doing there? Yes, I am working on bringing in Social Media Analytics into the mix of data we work on right now. So cheers to me. I like my job. So far so good.
So that has been pretty much the reason for the lull in posts coming through here. Of course the half eye on my other blog also has something to do with it.
Well, I just wanted to write something to get the ":Routes out of Cochin" off the top of the screen!

a post everyday to keep track of the days passing by...
today was a day when as of now i lost count of the number of times i didn't want to do what had to be done..
the internet connection at home is still down and so i am left to post from college. which is not such a bad thing coz i get a lot of time while i'm here. and plus the net connection here has become a bit faster.
i need to go and give the car for servicing by the end of the week. i am a bit worried about how the cows at the service station will treat my pedal clip add-on. it looks great but as far as i know, only i can drive with it easily. the clips have made the pedals a tad too wide i think. so now when the below average driver stomps on the brakes, he ends up stepping on the accelerator as well. can't be helped :P
read an article on sarah palin and how she has become some sort of icon with brit women. and to think it was written by hasan suroor... half a side on the hindu editorial page. she's a hockey mom and apparently that means driving your kids to the hockey games.. yeah right :P
oh well.. i have DSP tomorrow. don't really think it was money well spent. so i guess i'll look to the future with hope :)
oct1-5 shaastra. though i haven't qualified for shit and don't have a bed to sleep in, i am supposing it'll be worth it... i need to fix up my camera and its lcd screen for 3k or else take some1 else's camera!! planning to make this into a slog.. (shaastra log) :P with all the pics and posts about the event.. hope it doesnt become a damp squib for me... :)
the news channels are making a big deal out of guru-greg giving advice to the aussie team about how to 'tackle' indian batsmen :P jeez! do you actually think it'll make such a difference! what weakness of sachin and laxman are they going to get to know that they already don't... and anyhow this is something that happens all the time.. we kicked greg out of work, let him earn a living!

its kind of difficult when you feel alone when you are surrounded by people.. mom's can be imaginative if they want to be.

long time
i've been spending most of my postig time at neelnair.blogspot.com,have to take a seminar on information retrieval 2mrw..hell. spent the whole day writing 2 assignments. over at last. linux bugging me. current cuts are no good. old family friend's dad passed away, really old guy. always use the hood on the raincoat. india lost in cricket. we got gold in olympic shooting. some punjabi headstrong arse-hole. reminds me of cronaldo. dickhead.
